SiteDrop Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SiteDrop, including the sitedrop.ai website, the SiteDrop web application, the Lead Finder tool, domain registration services, hosting services, and any related content and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Viral Studios, LLC (“SiteDrop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use the Service only with the involvement and verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must be the account holder and is responsible for all payments and activity on the account. The Service is not available to anyone under 13.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any payment method you use is yours or that you have the express permission of its owner. Charges made with a payment method belonging to another person (including a parent or guardian) without their permission are your sole responsibility.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information at signup and keep it current, including a valid email address. Notify us immediately at support@sitedrop.ai of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or remain unpaid.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

3.1 Subscription plans. The Service is offered on paid subscription plans (e.g., Starter, Pro) billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, or other intervals as offered at checkout). Current pricing and plan features are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.

3.2 Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method will be charged the then-current plan price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time as described in Section 4.

3.3 Credits. Plans include a monthly allotment of credits used to generate and edit websites. Unless otherwise stated at the point of use: a standard site generation consumes approximately 5 credits; individual edits consume 1 credit each; and certain advanced build modes (for example, one-click store builds) consume a higher number of credits, which will be disclosed before you start the build. Credit costs are shown in the product and may change prospectively. Unused credits roll over to the next billing period for as long as your subscription remains active. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire when your subscription ends.

3.4 Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge over a period of time and notify you; continued non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

3.5 Price changes. We may change subscription prices with notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal after notice is given.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 How to cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@sitedrop.ai. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.

4.2 Effect of cancellation. When your subscription ends, websites hosted through SiteDrop will be taken offline, and you will lose access to the builder, Lead Finder, and other subscription features. We recommend exporting anything you need before your subscription ends. Domain registrations are separate from your subscription — see Section 5.

4.3 Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. However, we review refund requests in good faith — including for duplicate charges, charges after a completed cancellation, verified billing errors, and unused renewal periods — and issue refunds at our discretion. To request a refund, contact support@sitedrop.ai with the email address on the account and the charge in question. Refunds, when granted, are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

4.4 Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve most billing issues within one business day. Initiating a payment dispute for a charge you authorized, or after receiving a refund for that charge, may result in suspension of your account.

5. Domain Registration Services

5.1 Registration. You may purchase domain names through the Service. Domains are registered through third-party ICANN-accredited registrars and are subject to the applicable registrar’s terms and ICANN policies in addition to these Terms.

5.2 Accurate registrant information. ICANN rules require accurate registrant contact information. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for responding to any verification emails relating to your domain. Failure to complete ICANN verification can result in suspension of your domain.

5.3 Domain renewals. Domain registrations renew separately from your SiteDrop subscription. If your domain is set to auto-renew, the renewal fee will be charged to your payment method before the expiration date, and we will endeavor to notify you in advance. Cancelling your SiteDrop subscription does not automatically cancel domain auto-renewal; manage domain renewal settings in your account or contact support@sitedrop.ai. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the registration or renewal has been submitted to the registrar, except at our discretion.

5.4 Transfers. You may request transfer of a domain you purchased to another registrar or registrant, subject to ICANN transfer rules (including any lock periods) and any outstanding balance. Contact support@sitedrop.ai to initiate a transfer.

6. Your Content and Websites

6.1 Ownership. You retain ownership of the content you provide and, as between you and SiteDrop, the websites you generate using the Service, subject to our underlying rights in the Service, templates, and software. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content and websites solely as needed to operate and improve the Service.

6.2 Client work and resale. You may use the Service to build websites for third parties (your clients) and to charge for that work. You are solely responsible for your relationships, contracts, and obligations with your clients, including delivery, pricing, support, and any promises you make to them about availability or performance. SiteDrop is not a party to any agreement between you and your clients, provides no service-level commitment to you or to them, and has no responsibility for your business or its results. You should not represent to clients that SiteDrop guarantees the availability of their websites.

6.3 Visitor data on your websites. Websites you publish may collect information from visitors (for example, through contact forms). You are the controller of that data; SiteDrop processes it on your behalf to deliver form submissions and operate your site. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your collection of visitor data, including posting your own privacy policy on your websites where required.

6.4 Acceptable use. You may not use the Service to create, host, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, sexually exploitative, harassing, or malicious (including malware or phishing); to send spam; to impersonate others; to violate ICANN or registrar policies; or to resell access to the Service itself (as opposed to websites built with it). We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

6.5 Copyright complaints. If you believe content hosted through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@sitedrop.ai including the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We respond to valid notices, and may terminate repeat infringers.

7. AI-Generated Content

Websites and content generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence based on your inputs. AI output may contain errors, may be similar to output generated for other users, and may require your review before use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content, ensuring it is accurate and lawful for your use, and ensuring you have rights to any materials you upload as inputs.

8. No Income Guarantee

SiteDrop provides software and educational content, including material describing how to sell websites to clients. We make no promises or guarantees about income, revenue, clients, or business results.Any earnings figures, testimonials, or examples shown in our marketing or educational content describe specific experiences and are not typical results or projections. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market, and circumstances.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party providers, including payment processing, cloud hosting and infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, AI model providers, and domain registrars. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third-party services, though we choose and monitor our providers with reasonable care.

10. Availability, Changes, and Discontinuation of the Service

10.1 No uptime guarantee. We work to keep the Service — including hosting of published websites — available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and provide no service-level agreement. Websites hosted through the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control, and we are not liable for the consequences of any downtime, including consequences for your clients or your business.

10.2 Changes. We may modify, add, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

10.3 Discontinuation of the Service. If we decide to discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide reasonable advance notice (which we expect to be at least 30 days) by email and/or in-product notice, together with instructions for exporting your content and transferring your websites and domains off the platform. It is your sole responsibility to complete that export and migration before the announced shutdown date. After that date, we may take all hosted websites offline and permanently delete stored content, and we will have no liability for websites that were not migrated, for your or your clients’ resulting losses, or for any obligation to continue hosting. Domains you registered remain yours, and we will cooperate with reasonable transfer requests initiated before the shutdown date.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEDROP AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) UNAVAILABILITY OR DOWNTIME OF WEBSITES HOSTED THROUGH THE SERVICE; (B) DELETION OF CONTENT AFTER SUBSCRIPTION TERMINATION OR SERVICE DISCONTINUATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS; (C) YOUR FAILURE TO EXPORT OR MIGRATE CONTENT; OR (D) LOSSES INCURRED BY YOUR CLIENTS OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH WEBSITES YOU CREATE OR SELL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiteDrop from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your websites, your dealings with your clients or site visitors, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or unlawful use, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6.3, 8, 10.3, and 11–16) survive.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@sitedrop.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice, and will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
